PROGRAMS

Little Liberties
The Little Liberties program enables young girls, grades 3-7, to begin developing their skills and knowledge of the game at a young age. These girls will have access to top-notch coaches, who have played and taught the game at the collegiate, elite and world cup levels. Through FUN and lacrosse education, the girls will be able to start accumulating lacrosse knowledge and fundamentals that they will be able to improve upon and tap into for the rest of their lacrosse careers. In this positive and exciting atmosphere, they will be armed with the tools that will guide them into a more competitive atmosphere as they age and acquire a greater comprehension of the game.

Long Island Liberty Lacrosse is an organization founded on the principle of providing a solid and well-rounded lacrosse experience for female high school lacrosse players and middle school players through commitment, competition, and sportsmanship. Liberty Lacrosse is ideal for any player wishing to improve on her skills as a lacrosse player and an all-around athlete. This includes access and exposure to top-notch coaches, who have played and taught the game at the collegiate, elite and world cup levels.

Through rigorous practices and highly competitive tournaments, Liberty Lacrosse players will gain the maximum lacrosse experience, while continually having fun and building upon their lacrosse education.

As we at Liberty Lacrosse know, the college recruiting process can be confusing; thus, we offer a college recruiting forum every fall to all of our prospective collegiate players, their families, and anyone interested in learning about the College recruiting process. This allows the players and parents to better understand the recruiting process, what to expect throughout, and how to handle each step as it comes. Past speakers have been Karen Brower Head Coach University of Pannsylvania, Kerri Whitaker head Coach Columbia University, and Kim Lanin Head Coach Drew University.

Liberty Lacrosse offers a lacrosse education that promotes individual development en route to learning how to become a part of something bigger: a unified team! This encourages each player to become a student of the game and enhance their individual skill. Individual development allows for Liberty Lacrosse to compete in the top lacrosse tournaments in the country.

We at Liberty Lacrosse are committed to creating a positive and fun environment so that we can ensure the development of each player. Liberty Lacrosse is based on the three components of athletic excellence-commitment, competition, and sportsmanship. Day-in and day-out, we strive to create the complete lacrosse player, who is an ideal candidate for any college team's roster.

Please take a look at our calendar to better understand the annual committment, practice schedule and tournament schedule.
