Liberty Alumnae at U19 World Championships

Congratulations to 2018 Liberty Alumnae Ariella Lerner and Arielle Ramirez for their respective representation at the U19 World Championships for Isreal and Puerto Rico! Lerner is a Great Neck native and a freshman at Muhlenberg College and Ramirez is a Baldwin native and a freshman at Hartford University. We are very proud of you both! Special shout out to Ariella for receiving Game MVP against Belgium!

We are fortunate our athletes get to experience how lacrosse is much more than simply a game. Lerner was able to experience this first-hand:

Team Isreal played Kenya in the rain and unfortunately, the Kenya players only had sneakers to compete in.  The parents of Team Israel U19 each contributed to the purchasing of cleats for the entire Kenya team.  These players were instant friends from opening day and it was amazing to see first hand how special these games can really be.
